Personal Data Protection under the GDPR
AICROS Ltd., in accordance with applicable personal data protection legislation, informs you that any personal data collected through the forms available on the website www.aicros.com are electronically stored and processed to provide user-specific services of AICROS Ltd.
The collection and processing of personal data are intended to maintain the business relationship and to perform activities relating to information, training, counseling, and other services. Data will be transferred to third parties only if this transfer is necessary to achieve the stated purposes.
AICROS Ltd. will adopt the necessary measures to ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, and limitation and objection to the processing of your personal data (as applicable) under GDPR at any time. By filling out the forms, you confirm that all information you provide is true and accurate, and you undertake to keep it up to date by informing AICROS Ltd. of any changes.
Purpose of processing personal data
AICROS Ltd. will process the personal data collected through the website www.aicros.com for the following purposes:
1. Where you contract goods and services offered through www.aicros.com, to maintain the contractual relationship, including the management, administration, information, provision, and improvement of the service.
2. To send you the information you request via the forms available on www.aicros.com.
3. To send newsletters and commercial communications regarding promotions and/or advertising of AICROS Ltd. and the sector.
The fields in these forms are mandatory; if you do not provide the required data, we will be unable to fulfill the purposes described. You may object to the sending of commercial communications at any time by emailing info@aicros.com.
Personal data will be kept for as long as the commercial relationship is maintained, or for the period during which legal liabilities may arise in connection with the services provided, but not longer than 3 months after end of the commercial relationship.

Intellectual Property Rights
AICROS Ltd. owns all copyright, intellectual property, industrial property, know-how, and any other rights relating to the content of the website www.aicros.com and the services offered on it, as well as the programs necessary for their implementation and related information. No reproduction, publication, and/or use of the contents (in whole or in part) is permitted, except for strictly private use, without the prior written consent of AICROS Ltd.
Software Intellectual Property Rights
You must respect other programs made available by AICROS Ltd., even if they are free and/or publicly available. AICROS Ltd. holds the exploitation and intellectual property rights to the software required to provide the service. The user does not acquire any right or licence, through contracting the service, to the software necessary to provide the service or to related technical information, except for the rights and licences necessary to perform the contracted services and only for their duration. Any use beyond what is necessary to perform the contract requires written authorisation from AICROS Ltd. The user is prohibited from accessing, modifying, or viewing the configuration, structure, and files of AICROS Ltd. servers, and assumes any civil and criminal liability arising from incidents affecting servers and security systems as a direct result of negligent or malicious actions.
Intellectual property: hosted content
Use of AICROS Ltd. services in a manner contrary to intellectual property law is prohibited, including in particular:
• Use that is contrary to German law or that infringes personal rights.
• Publication or transmission of any content that, in AICROS Ltd.’s opinion, is violent, obscene, abusive, illegal, racist, xenophobic, or defamatory.
• Cracks, software serial numbers, or any other content that violates third-party intellectual property rights.
• Collection and/or use of personal data from other users without their express consent or contrary to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• Use of a domain mail server and email addresses for sending unsolicited bulk email.
The user bears full responsibility for the content of its website, the information transmitted and stored, hypertext links, third-party claims, and legal actions related to intellectual property rights and the protection of minors.
The user is responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including those relating to the provision of online services, e-commerce, copyright, public order, and general principles of Internet use.
The user shall indemnify AICROS Ltd. for any expenses arising from a cause attributable to the user, including fees and legal costs, even if a court decision is not final.
Protection of hosted information
AICROS Ltd. backs up content hosted on its servers; however, it is not responsible for the loss of, or accidental deletion of, data by users. Similarly, restoration does not guarantee the complete recovery of data deleted by users, as such data may have been deleted and/or modified since the last backup.
Unless specific backup services are contracted, the services offered do not include restoration of content stored in AICROS Ltd. backups where the loss is attributable to the user. In such cases, the fee will be determined according to the complexity and volume of the recovery, subject to prior user approval.
Restoration of deleted data is included at no additional cost only where the loss of content is due to causes attributable to AICROS Ltd.
